The weather and sunset could not have been anymore beautiful this night!! It was hot -really hot- the day of this New Buffalo engagement session, but by evening? The temps had cooled a bit, the sun wasn’t directly above us, and we ended the night with a stunning sunset! Winning on all accounts!
Megan found me via The Knot and a Google search, and I’m so grateful she did! Originally we were planning their engagement session in March, but it was still 7 degrees outside (okay, not really, but felt like it!) Not only was it cold and gross out still in March, but Megan was in the midst of switching jobs, moving to another state, AND planning her wedding…!!! We postponed until summer, and that was definitely the right choice! It truly couldn’t have been a more perfect evening on the lakeshore.
When we discussed this session, she said she wanted some variety in locations…so that’s what we did! We dragged them all over New Buffalo 😉 And it turned out soooo beautiful!!
Megan + Phil, we loved our time with you two!! Megan, you are poised and elegant, and Phil you are kind and gentle <3 Thankful you two found each other. Can’t wait to share your “how they met” story on your wedding blog! 😉
